Monday 10.15 -
11.15am: Prime time fitness - Total body workout for young seniors.
Monday 7.15 - 8.15PM: Jog /Fit
walk
(summer) or Circuit Training (winter). (Most
suitable class for guys & ladies!
Tuesday 7.45 - 8.45PM:
Total Body Workout - Aerobic,
core, toning & stretching. Effective but uncomplicated style!
Wednesday 10.30 - 11.30:
Seniors Class - A gentler workout
Thursday 7.15 - 8.15PM:
Total body workout, circuits & fit walk (Summer
only).
