I have had a
life involvement in sport and fitness, from teaching a variety of exercise
classes, coaching & playing tennis and teaching swimming. I have a BSc Hons.
Degree in Fitness & Health specializing in nutrition.

burden on today's Health Services it is paramount to look after your health
as inactivity and poor diet are real risk factors to endangering your health

I will find
activities that you enjoy. Your daily diet will play a major part and I will
advise you on your eating plan. You will learn how to incorporate fitness
into your way of life and enjoy becoming fitter and healthier.

will achieve realistic goals with regard to your age, health history and
lifestyle.

to work with small groups, but bear in mind this will be a more general
approach to fitness than personalized.

from your home or from my Tennis Club venue.
